Tweaker 180 FPV Quadcopter
thingiverse
This is my Tweaker 180 Parts. I've modified just about every single file on this list to make it work for me. Big thanks go out to the guys who did the original work! Check back with me regularly, as I'm constantly trying to improve upon this design and every time I find something that needs improvement, I do my best to fix it. Make sure you print 2 doors and 4 feet. I've made a few tweaks here and there since the last update. I found a couple of errors in my STL files and have since corrected them. If you've already downloaded the files, please redownload them as well. I've also added a new file called Tweaker Post, which allows for color matching on center posts without printed parts. I modified the door to print upside down to minimize support material usage and strengthened the latch points on 2/3/16. On 2/4/16, I added another door that's been flipped in the opposite direction to provide more mounting options. I also made some adjustments to the camera mount by adding thicker sidewalls where the screws tighten down to secure the camera angle. I was worried about being able to tighten the camera enough and it potentially changing angles during flight, so I decided to take action. On 2/6/16, I added another mount for my Lemon RX Satellite Receiver, which allows me to mount it from the top instead of the bottom. This is a huge improvement because if I remove the top plate, I have to mess with the antennas. With this new setup, the receiver and antennas will pull off together as one piece, making things much easier. On 2/10/16, I wanted to move my RX farther forward, so I created a mount for it that sits between the camera and board stack. On 2/26/16, I upgraded my batteries, which came with an XT-60 connector instead of Deans. This is a much better connector, so I modified the rear to house the XT-60 plug and glued it in place. It works out great for cable management and keeping the wires out of the props. I left the older file on here just in case you don't use the XT-60 plug - you can still use that STL instead.
