Tweaked Permanent Laser Mount Ender 3

I found @mariodab's laser mount blocked the X limit switch on my Ender 3, so this makes it a tiny bit slimmer and gives some more clearance for the laser mounting screws at the front. To prevent blocking access to the gantry mounting screws, I also created a spacer for the BLTouch, as the head was colliding with the build plate without this.
