They say a human is a human, but what does that even mean? It's not like they have a label on their forehead saying "Hello, I'm human!" or something. But somehow, we all just know it. We can tell when someone is one of us, you know? I remember this one time when I was at the park and saw a guy playing fetch with his dog. He looked so happy, laughing and throwing the ball for his furry friend to catch. It was like he was in his element or something. And then it hit me - that's what being human is all about! It's not just about breathing and eating and sleeping, but about feeling alive and connected to others. I'm not saying humans are perfect or anything. We have our flaws and imperfections, just like everyone else. But there's something special about being one of us, you know? Maybe it's the way we laugh together, or the way we cry together. Whatever it is, I think it's what makes life worth living. So, what does it mean to be human, exactly? Is it something we're born with, or do we develop it over time? And why do some people seem to get it more than others? These are questions that have puzzled me for a while now. But one thing's for sure - being human is an incredible gift, and I'm grateful to be one of them.
