TVR Rubber Stopper Casting Mould
thingiverse
My TVR Cerbera is now 21 years old and some small parts are hard to get, e.g. the rubber stoppers for the bonnet (TVR U0811). They are sold out everywhere. So I made a casting mould for them. Print the models at 0.1mm layer height. 0.2 mm will work as well, but the the rubber stopper would not look so good. Take a two component silicone of your choice (should be around 50 shore hardness like Zhermack ZA50), mix it and fill the lower have of the mould. Then put the upper half on top and fill in the rest of the silicone. Let it dry and take out your brand new rubber stopper.
