This gimbal was designed by me for the testing of my TVC rocket Aurora.The gimbal is designed for 74mm cardboard airframes.This gimbal is constructed using 8 bearings that have an outer diameter of 24mm, bore diameter of 10mm and a thickness of 7mm. 2 bearings go with the gimbal and the other 4 go with the actual stand that is made from 2''x4''s.The dowel rods used are 3/8'' in diameter.6-32 bolts and locknuts for the inner bracket with washers underneath the bolt head and inbetween the two brackets for better support.8-32 bolts and locknuts for the outer bracket with washers underneath the bolt head and inbetween the two brackets for better support.The spacers going on the shaft of the inner gimbal brackets to space them out properly from the outer brackets of the gimbal.DM me if you have an questions and follow my aerospace YouTube channel: DHB Aerospace for TVC project updates.
