TV Tray Repair Piece
thingiverse
I'm using a makeshift TV tray with parts that broke off, specifically the ones holding the bar in place when it's open. I tried temporarily fixing this issue with tape but that only provided a short-term solution, prompting me to design a new component. This part can be printed directly onto the dowel rod without needing any supports. The design is scaled for a standard 1-inch (2.54 cm) dowel rod, although it can easily be resized to fit individual needs. I initially created it slightly too large for my own tray and had to scale it down as a result. To reinforce your TV tray, simply print two or three of these parts and attach them to the bottom using screws.
