TV top remote holder using DIN Rail

<h3>For what?</h3><p>Babies tend to grab anything they can grab. So to keep all remotes away from babies' reach, I designed a remote holder that hooks on top of a large TV, which babies can not reach.</p><p>This is designed based on DIN rail. &nbsp;Different types of holder can be mounted onto the rail. The hook that DIN rail is fixed allows joining two DIN rails for extension, so making a long DIN rail on top of your TV and adding more space for storing remotes are possible (as long as your TV is OK with added weight and torque).</p><p>I have included a template for the hook. Please edit it to make your own hook that fits on your TV.&nbsp;</p><h3>How to print, and reasons of some design features</h3><p>“DIN Rail Mounting Clip hook.stl” has one side for mounting to DIN rail, and another side with narrow T-slot for attaching “large size controller holder” and “echo dot holder”. I separated DIN rail mounting part and holder part in this version to reduce holders' orientation restriction and amount of support structures. As DIN rail mount part need high precision, support structures should not be used.</p><p>“small controller holder” has DIN rail mount and holder part in one piece, because it can be print with DIN rail mount part not having support structures. But don't forget to print “small controller holder side guard”. These two pieces are one set. &nbsp;It can be slid into “small controller holder”'s side race to provide sideway support. The reason they are separated is to minimize the amount of support structures.</p><p>Current design allows storing TV remote, AC remote, Fire TV remote, Switch Pro Controller, Echo dot(3rd gen), and etc.</p><h3>Caution when in use</h3><p>Make sure not to add too much weight in the holder. It just hooks on the edge of TV.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
