TV Stand Power Strip Mount
thingiverse
I have a sleek flat screen TV mounted on a versatile cart in my classroom, and I sought a simple way to mount a power strip. However, every attempt to secure a flat-backed power strip to a tubular stand was incredibly frustrating, so I created this ingenious solution. The mounts clip effortlessly onto the stand, and I used strong double-sided tape to attach the power strip securely. My stand features 50mm outer diameter tubes, and this design works perfectly; you may want to print a test piece first to ensure a precise fit on your stand. I also included a second file that can be used to maintain tidy cable management. The example in the photo was printed in Polycarbonate with carbon fiber reinforcement, resulting in a strong and reliable structure that holds up well.
