A living room TV stand, crafted from wood and steel, boasts an industrial design with a lacquered wooden finish and aged welded steel. Drawers can be disassembled, while the structure is meticulously modeled. This product was designed using Maya 2018 for CGI (quads) and subdivision-ready applications. It features real-world scale, two levels of detail - low poly (6k) and smooth (98k quads), with separate OBJ and FBX files available. PBR textures are included, painted in Substance Painter (Arnold 5 Metalness workflow), in sizes ranging from 2k to 4k; other renderer maps can be provided upon request. Multiple UV sets are also included, with the textures grouped as 16-bit TIF files within a RAR archive.
