This adapter is designed for the Philips 314113000191 2-way TV speaker, sourced from a reputable online retailer that no longer sells this product. The files include both the mid woofer and basic tweeter wave guide cover. The holes are precision-cut to accommodate an M3 bolt and nut on the mid woofer adapter, so you won't need to use the foam gasket as this model seals with a raised lip against the extra surround on the speaker basket. The tweeter wave guide is simply a protective cover with no mounting holes. Note: These adapters are minutely off-center due to the fact that they were created before I had access to a digital caliper for precise measurements.
