TV series/anime episode counter
thingiverse
If you watch a series off DVDs/Blurays or other local media, but also watch unrelated movies every now and then, or you have to switch between some dodgy websites because there isn't one with all the episodes, it is easy to forget what episode you watched last. Or if you watch like 1 episode a week and then go on vacation somewhere or your computer craps out. Which is where the episode counter comes in handy. Just set the last watched episode you watched and you'll avoid having to rewind through several intros. It can be also printed with 2 digits per dial using the shorter axles and it'll be enough, but historically there were series that had over 100 episodes per season or seasons, so it's for compatibility's sake. Put about 3-4mm rings of 8-10mm (when not shrunk) heatshrink tubing on the axles and shrink it, to make it easier to rotate one specific dial and keep others in their place. I tried making it work like so by using a thicker axle, but that is less reliable and has worse feel than the tubing. Just be careful not to heat it so much that it bends. Use a butane/propane lighter on smallest flame gently, especially if it's PLA. Also, it's easier to paint the digits rather carelessly and then sand it when dried rather than trying to be be all precise from the get-go, because of the capillary effect between the layers.
