Even though every dimension and the shape have been changed, the concept is a remix of @Mikolas Zuza's Gyroid Pen Holder which has been around for long enough that I thought it was time for a reminder of the potential of “Modelling” with Prusa Slicer.

Note the box in the picture was printed as an experiment without the infill anchor set to 0 (see Mikolas' link above) - you will get a nicer result if you do that and all of the attached files include that setting.

The attached .3mf file includes a height range modifier to set the colour change and “no perimeter” parameters for the sides.

Play around with your own mix of infill type and density using the Sample (TEST) file .3mf.

The samples in the photo (with the terribly printed grey filament!) are from left to right: 3DHoneycomb @ 20%, Cubic @ 25% and SupportCubic @ 40%.

I think that Support Cubic at a greater density has some promise, but I still prefer the regularity of Gyroid Infill (@20% in the cover photo).

Printed in Galaxy Black Prusament PLA and Made for Prusa Silver. 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle (and I'd really like to try this with a big nozzle some day).
