Wall mount for TV/monitor featuring standard 75 & 100MM holes for 4mm screws is available. An upgraded version can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:216329. The instructions call for M8 nuts, bolts and washers; an M8 threaded rod (100mm x 4); an M8 threaded rod (60mm x 1), and M4 bolts. If your monitor lacks a Vesa mount, you may need to drill the rear and use plastic bolts. Note that this design works for lighter monitors, like the W2261VP 22-inch model, with a slight twist; heavier monitors are not recommended. Oh, and as a side note, I created this while still under the influence!
