TV Buttons Cover universal LCD screen controller Board DIY
thingiverse
If you're like me, who purchased a TV universal LCD screen controller Board, you probably noticed how bare the circuit boards look. So I'm working on making covers for each part. This buttons cover for the controller board is the trickiest part to do because of its size and the mechanical action of the buttons. I'm also working on a basic RepRap printer which makes printing hard for me on tiny pieces. I tried making the cover with two parts, the first one (Top 1) is meant to protect/hide the circuit board, the second one (Top 2) comes on top and holds the buttons (TV buttons) between Top 1 and Top 2. I made tiny gaps to let the TV buttons move while being held by Top 2. Like I said, I haven't yet found a way to make adjustments on my printer settings to print the parts the way they're supposed to be. I also created the circuit board as a 3D model to help me create the cover (Circuit Board.stl), which can be used for other projects because I couldn't find any. And the last .stl is the same file as Top 2, except that I did a quick logo carving into it. But I might make better-looking logos and make them easier to print (Pic Top 2). This thing is definitely a "Work-In-Progress". EDIT: New Top 2 looks better: Picture + .stl
