To create the design, follow these instructions: choose 'write/braille.dxf' as your font, set stick thickness to 3, stick width at 5, hole radius of 1.5, flat bottom of 1 and a font size of 10. Finally, input 'TV-AUG' as the message and adjust font thickness to 5.
