one uses helix, other uses sweep revolve,, both have wire dia of 0.5 in, and total dia of 2 in,,,, one has build time of 0.14 sec, other has 26% more i.e. 0.19 sec, so always use sweep revolve to create springs! unless absolute necessary don't use helix! in small assembly rebuild time does not matter, but for larger ones, rebuild time can be very large! :) cheers!
