Tusk cooling for Duet smart effector smaller fan

This is a custom version designed specifically for the smart effector and 40x40x10 fan. It requires four M2.5x20 screws to secure it properly. To assemble this part, I used brass tubes with an outer diameter of 4mm that I sourced from eBay, along with a drilling jig found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2445660 to accurately drill the necessary holes.
