TUSH2 SPOOL HOLDER AND FILAMENT GUIDE FOR WANHAO DI3
cults3d
This is a custom version of the TUSH2 spool holder by spongybob1958 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853619) to replace the spool holder on top of the Wanhao Duplicator i2. It simplifies using spools with varying sizes and inner diameters. Also included are my remixed spool holder arms to secure the spools (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3698767). Moreover, I remixed mediaman's filament guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2240013) to work with the TUSH2 spool holder. Assembly Hardware You'll need 4x 608 roller skate bearings (for example, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R7PR72H/) and 4x M3x12 bolts. Additionally, you'll require 4x M3 nuts. Mount the slide rail using the two screws that hold the original spool holder in place. You must print two copies of both the inner and outer pieces. Insert 2 bearings between them and secure with the nuts and bolts. I found this design to be more reliable than the original, which was prone to coming loose.
