I got myself an 8kg PLA spool for a larger project. It turns out this is a bit too much for standard TUSHs around. So, I made a heavy-duty version for people who like it bigger. The length has been increased and so has the width for the thicker shell of my spool. It still fits Ø200mm standard 1kg spools but will also hold bigger ones, such as: weight / width / outer Diameter - 1000g / 75 mm / 200 mm, 2300g / 103 mm / 300 mm, 4000g / 110 mm / 350 mm, and 8000g / 182 mm / 355 mm. I also added M3 bolts just to be safe that the weight does not push the halves apart. What you need is: 4x 608 low friction bearings, 4x M3x30 bolts, 4x M30 Nuts. It will still work with the stabilizers from cdeerinck (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2451368).
With this file you will be able to print TUSH XL (Heavy Duty) Edition for 1kg - 8kg spool with your 3D printer.
