TUSH Upgrade - Screw down tab and dovetail support bar

thingiverse

This is a remix to the TUSH filament holder that has 2 small screw holes to optionally bolt down one side of the holder to the top of an enclosure. It has a dovetail cutout and slider bar to allow the other side of the holder to slide on while staying aligned. It can accommodate up to 65mm filament spools. Print Guide: 4x Bushing608 for 608 Bearings 3x TUSH_DoveTailMod_Side 1x TUSH_DoveTailMod_BoltDownSide 1x TUSH_DoveTailMod_SliderBar Additional Hardware Needed: 4x 608 Roller Bearings (Amazon) Optional: 2x #10-3/4" Pan-head screws (Do not overtighten, tabs are small and will crack) Optional Steps / Troubleshooting: If the tolerance is too loose between the bushing and the bearing, Glue the outside of the bearing to the inside of the bushing. However, the weight of the filament spool should be enough to ensure no slip between the bushing and the bearing. If the bearings do not press onto the cylinder you can carefully take a sharp blade or snips and chamfer the lead edger of the cylinder to allow the bearing to fit on easier. Bearings required a decent amount of force.
