TUSH rack with threaded rod
thingiverse
I modified the TUSH to enable the creation of a rack that holds spools securely in place. The Ultimate Spool Holder on Thingiverse worked well for me, but the spools kept shifting around. I replaced the bearing mounts with two 5/32" threaded rods and also added a double-mount section to properly space the spools. To get started, print one Middle piece and six End pieces. This will give you enough to hold two spools. You'll need two threaded rods and twelve washers and nuts, as well as eight skateboard bearings to begin. Add one Middle piece, two End pieces, and four more bearings for each additional roll that you want to add.
