Tush Filament Guide

Tush Filament Guide

The spool holders that come with the Prusa MMU2 are not very efficient when it comes to space usage and ease of switching/loading filaments. I had some Tush spool rollers printed, which I connected in series to create a long 5-spool holder. This guide clips securely onto existing Tush tracks from several designs. Make sure to print this with supports because the overhang needs them. I needed to replicate the functionality of the provided "festo" holders so that filament wouldn't tangle during retractions. I made these simple filament guides, which use a short length (~50mm) of ptfe tube. If the tubing is not secure, use a small piece of paper on the inside of the hole and then insert the tube. I had varying degrees of tightness, and the paper helped them fit snugly. Working great as a combo with my lack ptfe tube guide: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3129101. Using them after days of MMU2 printing has resulted in zero tangles or the guide coming loose from the track.
