TURTLE Travel Shell modular ruck case ~ 9x11.5x1.5" for GORUCK weight sleeves
prusaprinters
I added a 1" tall bottom because the 1.5" tall one wouldn't really fit ruck sleeves as well. The same top should fit. The lid to bottom fit is a little loose, but it's better than being too tight. You can probably paint both sections to get a tighter fit. Prototype phase. Prob needs to be printed in PETG or ASA, and not PLA. My goal with this model is to create a somewhat sealed and sturdy crush-proof case that can hold ziploc bags of sand, dirt, water etc primarily for the purposes of replacing a GORUCK weight plate for when you travel and have to leave the plate at home. Secondarily, this case can hold maps, wallet, keys, phone, sunscreen, lunches, etc while you travel so they don't get crushed when your bag is handled roughly or squished. It features scalloped top and bottom edges that allow air to escape/enter when you open/close lid. You can turn the lid into a clipboard or velcro line the case and use it for medical or admin inserts, etc. You could also print your own divider inserts for tech stuff like sd cards, camera lenses etc. The possibilities are pretty endless. Let me know what you think!@pawliemorph
