A noise reducer for my turtle tank. Due to the piggyback filter I use, the filtered water drops several inches before it hits the water, making a significant amount of noise. The reducer catches the waterfall and gently merges it into the tank's water, greatly reducing the noise and splashing. To install, I simply drilled 4mm holes in the skirt of the water filter and used stainless steel 4mm cap-head screws with a nut on the back. The filter is an Aqua-Tech 20-40 piggyback filter.
