Turtle Beach Earforce X11 Earpiece Swivel
thingiverse
My headset earpiece suddenly stopped swiveling - a common weak point on Turtle Beach Headsets. I decided to design my own replacement part from scratch. After finding a similar model online, I realized it was missing some crucial details, so I started fresh. The new design includes a channel for threading the wire through, eliminating the need for adhesives. However, it lacks some extra features found in the original model, such as rotation-limiting protrusions on the main pole and ear-cup clips. Surprisingly, these extras aren't necessary - the swivel's natural geometry limits its rotation. I created this replacement part using Blender, then exported it to STL format for use with 3D printing.
