This is a replacement part for the hinge that enables the earpieces to rotate. It is a very fragile part of an otherwise great headset. This is my first design , and I made it in Blender. For additional strength I changed the original Turtle Beach design, by combining the broken part with its cover. I also added an extra enforced space to create a stronger base for the fragile part.
