I designed this entire project using TinkerCAD, which is pretty impressive if I do say so myself. The right ear speaker, hopper, and dealieo (check out the images) were all created from scratch within the program. For the left side, I simply mirrored the design to get a working copy that saved us the hassle of buying an entirely new headset.
