The Art of Turtle Graphics is a Visual Language that allows anyone to Create and Animate Images using Simple Commands. This Inclusive System was First Introduced by Seymour Papert and Cynthia Solomon in the 1970s as a Way to Teach Children about Computer Science. The Name "Turtle" comes from the Idea of a Slow-moving Turtle leaving a Trail on the Screen, which is Exactly what Happens when you Execute a Command.
