A 3" diameter turntable bearing necessitates 40-6mm ball bearings. To assemble it, first print both the base and cap portions. Post-printing, clean any excess material from inside and outside gaps in the base profile as well as under small clips on the cap profile. Dry fit the pieces to ensure clip fitting through base gaps and adequate space for free movement. Disassemble, insert bearings into tracks, lubricate if necessary, and replace the cap. If desired, secure with a base plate and top plate.
