AVIAN STUDY ON A FEATHERED SHIELD In this research, we examine the role of a "torno" (possibly a Portuguese word for "feather") in protecting birds. Our study focuses on understanding how these feathery shields provide defense mechanisms for avian species against various threats such as predators and harsh weather conditions. By analyzing their structure, composition, and function, we aim to shed light on the importance of feathers in avian survival strategies.
