Turning gears with base... no support or fastners

This model should be printing very soon, but I've decided to go ahead and upload it immediately. The gears on the base are designed to turn smoothly and will make a striking conversation piece, while also holding pencils, pens, and other writing utensils. Originally, I intended for this design to be printed in one continuous piece, but separate parts with various colors would undoubtedly enhance its appearance. To achieve zero fasteners, I created my first "pop-in" axle design, which should work effectively if everything goes according to plan. I'll post photos of the finished model as soon as it's complete and prints successfully.
