Turnigy SK3 Dust / Dirt plug TPU
thingiverse
I designed a plug to fill the significant gaps in the sk3 motor with an incredibly snug fit using my over-sized print (116%) - printing at 114 or 115 would also work well, ensuring no debris enters. The plug was printed with TPU 0.2MM and a four-line brim. Yes, I'm aware of other ways for dirt to get in, but this is a good starting point. You can find the file attached below. Please note that the design is scaled up by 116% from the original model due to an incorrect motor model. For your printer, it will be at 100% and print-ready. The plug has a very tight fit, so you'll need a tool to press in the sides. Alternatively, try printing it at 99 or 98% on the Y axis (length) for a slightly looser fit.
