I design a simple case to safeguard the 6s multistar 16 ah lipo battery from excessive stress (inside the frame or bag, etc.) while riding your ebike. It's best to surround the battery with additional "thin" foams for maximum efficiency. Keep in mind that this does not prevent fires from occurring due to accidents, so be cautious when handling lipos. I printed it using PLA, and I believe it is not a water-resistant material. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated, especially those aimed at improving this straightforward design. I plan to work more on this case when I have time, potentially adding holes for enhanced airflow, etc. The battery fits easily within the case, but possibly a few extra millimeters of space would be beneficial so that thicker foams can be added. I created it using FreeCad and have uploaded the FCstd file if you'd like to modify it. I used an Ultimaker 2 to print it.
