Turnigy Lipo battery protection
thingiverse
This is a case for custom-made protective cases, specifically designed to safeguard Turnigy Nano-tech 1500mAh lipo batteries and graphene batteries. Due to frequent crashes during my learning process, I've experienced the unfortunate loss of one Nano-tech battery and damaged two balancer plugs. To mitigate this risk, I've decided to develop a protective enclosure for each of these batteries, taking into account their scratched and marked plastic layers. In addition to safeguarding my lipo batteries, I also plan to create custom cases for my 1500mAh graphene batteries. For added security, it's suggested that a strip of velcro be glued to the bottom of the case to prevent slippage during transportation or storage. **Print Settings:** * **Printer:** Anet A8 Prusa i3 * **Rafts:** No * **Supports:** No * **Resolution:** 0.2 * **Infill:** 20% * **Notes:** Due to the relatively small size of these batteries, a high-resolution print with no supports or rafts is sufficient for this project. A 0.2 layer height provides an optimal balance between detail and print speed, while an infill percentage of 20% offers sufficient structural integrity without adding unnecessary weight.
