Turnigy Fabrikator E3D v6/lite6 Bowden Kit with Drag Chain

Updated with new addition of mount for LJC18A3-H-Z/BX Capacitance Proximity Sensor. This modification is designed to bring back the original Fabrikator height when using an E3D v6 or lite6 hotend. The faceplate uses M4 socket cap screws, while the motor mount utilizes M3 socket caps mounted from the rear.
