turn your laptop into a second monitor - elevated 120mm fan mount for Adjustable Vertical Laptop Stand
thingiverse
This lets you mount a laptop wide open anywhere there's space for a 120mm case fan--perhaps on top of your gaming PC. Print two bases, then four C-clamps. The clamp is the same one used in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3418424. To assemble: 1) Place these two bars above the screw holes for your 120mm fan. 2) Use screws (I recommend case fan screws) to secure them into the fan holes. 3) Print four of the clamps from the same design. 4) Attach a nut and screw to each clamp, then slide them onto the holders. 5) Adjust the thickness until it fits your laptop perfectly, then tighten down the screws. Note: If you have a keyboard-video-mouse switch, there's enough space underneath for mine--yours might fit too. Note: Be very certain that you mount it securely and print the parts thick enough to hold your laptop reliably. A laptop open like this is quite top-heavy. If it isn't mounted properly, it could fall and damage your laptop. Mounted securely, my laptop feels stable; make sure yours does too.
