If you're not satisfied with the final part or encounter issues during printing, don't hesitate to reach out – we can work together to resolve any problems. I appreciate your feedback! Design for Heavy Duty Projects 300X300 PRINT TABLE For extreme loads or a permanent stationary setup, remove the legs and attach the unit to a flat surface using a hole for the motor and one for the central bolt. Secure it with M4 countersunk bolts through the leg holes. This design features a 10/1 gear ratio; gears are offset by 0.2mm to compensate for print glitches. A Stepper Motor – Nema 17 – is required to operate and control the turn table and camera shutter/scanner. Use any existing online project as a reference. Motor Gear: M4 stud bolt (6-8mm) and M4 nut are used. Different gears with bores from 5.1 to 5.8mm are included; choose the one suitable for your printer's capabilities. I started printing with a 5.1mm gear, which was challenging to fit around the motor, and ended with a 5.6mm gear that was a tight fit but worked. The Nema Motor requires 4 X M3 8mm countersunk bolts. Legs use 6 X M4 18-20mm countersunk bolts, nuts, and washers. Air Soft Balls (6.0mm metal) are used; ensure the bearing channels are clean for smooth movement. All parts have been checked for naked edges or errors, making them printable. However, if the design is flawed or the parts don't fit, that's a separate issue! Designs can be printed without support, except where necessary. By Costa
