Turkish Spindle with Sheep cutout
thingiverse
I'm excited to share my first attempt at creating a Turkish spindle from scratch. One reason I love Turkish spindles is that they save me time and effort - anything that reduces work is amazing, especially for someone as laid back as me. To bring this project to life, I designed the silhouette using CorelDRAW and then extruded it in Tinkercad, while also crafting the stick. You're free to print the stick or use a dowel; if you choose to print it, I recommend doing so at a slow pace. In the future, I might create a smaller, printer-friendly version of the stick for others who, like me, aren't interested in searching for a dowel.
