Baklava is a decadent sweet pastry composed of layers of flaky filo packed with chopped nuts and sweetened to perfection by syrup or honey, holding everything together in harmony. This iconic dessert is quintessential to the culinary traditions of the ancient Ottoman Empire. Sipsak Restaurant burst onto the scene in 2004, nestled in Midtown East, New York, and has since been led by Chef Orhan Yegen's masterful hands, skillfully serving up authentic Turkish classics with a modern twist. Technical Specifications: 125 captivating photographs were utilized to bring this project to life. Photogrammetry was achieved using the powerful Agisoft Pro software, allowing for precise control over every detail. The final touches were applied through Fix/Edit, resulting in a stunning Remake.
