Last months ago I have made this mold form and it appeared to be not as good as I have wondered, it had problems like sizes and etc; and was too un-ecofriendly. So, due to my previous mold was not fitting in ordinary printer and to print it, it required to be split it into several parts or to be printed on industrial 3d printer which is not fair and cheap service at all for a such mold(in Georgia it is not fair at all), I decided to modify it and make it better. Modifications I have done are next:1) mold was split into 6 parts, 4 corner parts and 2 middle parts, all corner parts are identical and all middle parts are identical to each other.2) previous mold was requesting about 3,5 kilograms of PLA plastic, which was making it way too expensive at some point of view. Now this mold will use less than 3 kilogram of plastic even if you will use 40-50% infill.3) you can customize the SIZE of mold and make as big as you want, minimum you can make 40x40cm pave with 4 corners, or you can make standard pave with 60x40cm sizes(4 corner and 2 middle parts) and keep increasing it in sizes.4) holes. On previous one holes were much smaller and there would be less grass growing. So this modified mold will make much bigger holes and be more eco-friendly.5) material economy. Here I do not mean economy of plastic, I mean economy of concrete. Due to sizes of holes increased you will use far less concrete which will affect on your pocket with saving you couple of bucks for beer:)) This modification also leads to be even more eco-friendly.6) this models can be printed on normal 3D printers with 220x220mm bed size, which makes it more available to print.7) model was modified in every aspect that was needed to fit in my personal requirements.Finally, we have same mold, but it is better in everything, all mistakes are fixed and you can enjoy printing it and making paves for your garden or even driveway.
