I designed the second Propeller for review files and procedure purposes. Next, I prepared some optional components; these include: - Spinner-Hub101.stl -- This model increases clearance to the Propeller Shaft, making it easier to assemble and remove. - Spinner-Blade402.stl and Spinner-Body401.stl -- These can be designed with 4mm Dia. Balls instead of 3mm Balls. I also prepared some tools; these are: - Prop-Adjust-Tool01.stl and Prop-Adjust-Tool02.stl -- Use to check and adjust the gear mesh angle of Blades. Refer to the photo for usage and required hardware. When changing the blade angle, use both hands (fingers) in opposite directions carefully at the same time; otherwise, gear tooth slippage may occur. - Spinner-Bolt01.stl -- This is used when attaching the Propeller to the Engine after assembling an M3 bolt and 6mm Dia ABS tube. See the photo for assembly instructions. Before fitting this component, tap the thread of 3mm at the front end of the Propeller Shaft. I hope these details will be helpful in your endeavors. Note: When changing pitch, use two hands to rotate in the same direction to prevent gear teeth jumping. [Update 2018.11.24] I added a note on the action required for pitch change.
