This propeller is designed specifically for "Turboprop Engine" (Thing: 3014536). Features of the propeller include: 1. Four distinct blades 2. A variable pitch mechanism that allows for adjustments to be made 3. Counterclockwise rotation when viewed from the forward direction 4. A reduction ratio of approximately 0.1 5. Anti-ice heater boots bonded to the leading edge of each blade, although they are not painted on this model The size and shape of every part were carefully taken from images of the above engine and aircraft. This pitch change mechanism is different from that found on actual propellers. To make adjustments without damaging the gear teeth, it's recommended to use both hands to rotate the mechanism in the same direction. Downloadable files include: * STL Files * Images: STL File Figures, Parts, and Propeller Pictures Purchase information for parts includes: * Bearings: Stainless steel balls 3mm in diameter, approximately 40 pieces * Screws: M2 x 10L screws, two pieces; an M2 tap is used, as shown in the image. Additional M3 screws and washers may be required to secure the propeller to the engine. Assembly points include: * Steel balls are carefully inserted into Spinner-Body01's recess to ensure outside bore contact * Four blades with Spinner-Blade04 (No.1) are inserted into Spinner-Body01, aligning all blade angles to be the same * The M3 tap hole in the propeller shaft is used if attachment to an engine is desired Total net print time: approximately 15 hours Note: Estimated as a case of PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, and no raft or support. Each parameter may be adjusted during actual printing.
