Turbo your life This small keychain is a neat little toy and companion that's sure to rev up anyone's day. Simply print it out and attach it to your keys for a fun and functional accessory. The design is a three-part print, but don't worry - you can still get away with printing it in two different colors like I did. Once it's done, just snap the turbine onto the bottom part and make sure everything moves freely before gluing the top half to the bottom. You'll be celebrating in no time when you've successfully built your very own turbo! Print Settings Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 2 - Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm & .1mm Infill: 100% Notes: Scale to 60% before printing ! The top and bottom halves are printed at .3mm. The turbine is printed at a super-fine layer height of .1mm, with an extrusion width of .2mm - don't try to increase this or the wings might not turn out right. Post-Printing A little sanding was necessary to get the turbine spinning smoothly. Also, be sure to sand down those inner walls on the top part, as they might have gotten a bit too close to the turbine during printing.
