The Turbolinx TL-300 is a custom-designed, 3D printable quadcopter with unique features such as removable arms and tail wings for easy storage and transport. It boasts a clean layout of components that can be easily accessed without disassembling the entire craft. The propellers are upgradable to 6" 6045, powered by 2206 2000KV SS or Lumenier motors, and controlled by 30A rotor geeks ESC's. The flight controller is a CC3D, and the receiver is a Frsky X8R. It also includes a Sony CAM TVL-700 video camera with a 200mW transmitter and Boscam CP antenna. The battery capacity ranges from 2200mah 3S to 4S. Unfortunately, despite the designer's best efforts, this quadcopter does not perform optimally due to issues with airframe stiffness, arm/prop spacing, weight, and center of gravity positioning. However, the native files and printable STLs for improved versions are available for a small fee, should someone wish to experiment or tweak the design. Credit to the original creator is requested if modifications are made. Several videos showcasing the quadcopter's performance and testing can be found on YouTube. Despite issues with SS motors, the designer plans to continue refining the design, with a focus on a beefier 6" tri-blade prop setup.
