This is an imaginary model of a pioneering first-generation jet engine that significantly contributed to the development of real jet engines in the 1940s and 50s. It's a unique engine design that no longer exists today, providing insight into the efforts of early pioneers in the field. This type of engine has been used for training aircraft for nearly half a century. A key feature of this model is its detailed design point: ① Double-sided centrifugal compressor with an impeller ② Inlet case featuring guide vanes ③ Duct-type diffuser ④ Can-type combustor - 12 cans (the actual engine has 14 cans) The outer cans are combined as a single assembly for easier printing and assembly ⑤ Axial single-stage turbine ⑥ Turbine cooling system utilizing ambient ram air ⑦ Front accessory gearbox B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 16 pages) This manual includes detailed instructions on assembly procedures, including "Parts-List," "After Printing Treatment," and "Assembly Procedure," all based on standard skills such as filing, drilling, tapping, and painting. C. Purchase Parts Information: -Aluminum Tubes See the parts list for more information -Screws Micro screws M1.4x3.5L & M1.4x6L - Directly screw into a 1 mm diameter hole (no nut) If you have an M1.4 tap, it will be very useful. Screws M2 x ** - See the parts list for more information D. STL File: The model includes 29 STL files, including a stand and tools. The last two digits of each file name indicate whether it has "With Support" designed specifically. E. Total Net Print Time: Approximately 51 hours Estimated based on PLA material, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, no raft or support. Note: Adjust print parameters according to your experience during actual printing. F. Printing Settings: Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Adjust according to your experience. My models were printed using an "idbox" with a 0.4 nozzle and 1.75 PLA material. I wish you all the best in your endeavors!!
