Turboant X7 Pro / Levy Plus / Hover-1 Blackhawk - Battery to XT60 Adapter
thingiverse
I created this adapter to be able to reuse my X7 Pro batteries in my 36V ebikes which use XT60 connectors. This allows a lot of flexibility since so many other ebikes/scooters use this connector. (Blade connector only) All the parts are held together with M4 bolts and nuts. For the pins, I pulled them from "Leviton 15 Amp White Non-Polarized Angle Plug" as they seem to be the same exact dimensions as the pins on the scooter. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-15-Amp-White-Non-Polarized-Angle-Plug-R52-101AN-00W/100356972 The switch I used is a simple "12PCS 12V Blue Round Toggle LED Switch 20A 12V DC On/Off SPST" which you can find on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Q3WJW8Q?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details In order to turn on the BMS, you need to short the "Positive" and middle pin, so the switch will have to have the middle pin connected to the Ground on the Toggle and the Positive to Positive on Toggle. The XT60 Connector just uses the Positive and Negative pins on the ends. Simple soldering skills will be necessary for this and I recommend using a small JST plug for connecting the toggle switch so it's easy to take on and off as it will need to go thru the hole in the Top. I may edit this with a YouTube tutorial for how to put it all together if I get some time.
