Trailing Link Landing Gear for E-Flite Turbo Timberhttps://youtube.com/shorts/vHuRsPqIqBw?si=t-4ADZY2jiFIW8Rjhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjSqGhNOhA4Print all 5 parts. I used PETG. 2-3 layers and 10-20% infill to keep it light. Parts bolt together with M3 nuts/bolts. Use a M3 locknut for the pivot point. This way the arm can pivot on the bolt without the bolt fully tightening and locking the pivot point. The locknut holds the bolt from backing out.A few spots on the design have holes for a M3 threaded insert. Eventually I will design cover pieces like a more aerodynamic front to the gear. Also, a plate on the bottom to start to rebuild the gear section.I used hot glue to attach the gear mount to the fuselage. Gorilla glue also works well. My turbo timber was a bit heavy for the gear so I added small springs within the large springs of the 110 MM shocks to hold it up.The axle is a 3 MM carbon rod that works with the stock tires. I used small grub screws to lock the axle into place.
