It's a turbo lawn sprinkler with a unique design inspired by the exhaust impeller housings of turbochargers. The reducing spiral around the outside and narrow slot within combine with a dome-shaped space leading to the outlet to accelerate lower-pressure irrigation water, spreading it evenly over a large area. This innovative concept presents a challenge in printing, potentially impossible with FDM, but easily achievable with powder sintering or optical resin printers. For easier printing, the design can be sliced like a bagel, although this will require gluing the parts together afterwards.
