There is a compression chamber that allows (roughly) to store the air it compresses before it is released through multiple small holes, creating pressure and the air comes out in very fine bubbles. In the end, the flow rate is increased and the noise (of bubble blowing) is reduced with an even air supply. The inner bore pattern/diameter can be easily changed, as well as the volume of the compression chamber, I have done a lot of tests and this one works well. What is very important with a turbo is the exhaust pipe, ideally you should make an angled exhaust pipe with a beveled upwards, this reduces the noise considerably (see on the video below).
