I printed this turbine to repair the air pulse blower of my car (Citroen C5 II V6 3.0l hdi). It works for other brands and models too. If your's is broken and has different diameter and height, or you want to use the turbine for another purpose, you can still adjust the scales of axes X and Y to decrease/increase the diameter and scale axis Z to play on the height. I designed 2 turbine models. One that already includes optimized supports in STL and the same without them (model 1). And another model that is easier to make which also includes supports included in STL (model 2).
